4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed on :

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Counterfeit, fake, replica, or knockoff items
• Adult content or sexually explicit materials
• Hazardous, toxic, poisonous, or flammable materials

Listings containing prohibited items will be immediately removed, and vendors may face account suspension or termination.

5. Transaction Fees

All transactions on are subject to the following fees:

• Platform Fee: 12% of the sale price (before shipping)
• Payment Processing Fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction

These fees are automatically deducted from vendor earnings. The vendor receives the sale price minus platform fees, minus payment processing fees.

6. Shipping and Fulfillment

Vendors are responsible for shipping all orders in a timely manner. Specific requirements include:

• Shipping tracking numbers must be provided within 48 hours of order placement
• Items must be shipped within the handling time specified in the product listing
• Vendors must use reliable shipping carriers and provide accurate tracking information
• Failure to meet shipping obligations may result in penalties or account suspension

7. Returns and Refunds

Buyers may request returns within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Item received is wrong or different from the listing
• Item is defective or damaged
• Item does not match the description provided in the listing

Vendors must respond to return requests within 48 hours. Approved returns must be refunded promptly upon receipt of the returned item.

8. Payouts

Vendor payouts are processed on a weekly or biweekly schedule, depending on the vendor's preference. Payouts may be held or delayed in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or policy violations
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• High return rates or customer complaints
• Pending investigations or disputes

Vendors are liable for chargebacks resulting from their errors, such as shipping wrong items or providing inaccurate descriptions.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:

• Listing prohibited items
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Repeated policy violations
• Failure to fulfill orders or respond to customer inquiries
• Excessive chargebacks or negative feedback
• Violation of these Terms of Service

Suspended accounts may be reinstated at the platform's discretion. Terminated accounts are permanent and cannot be reinstated.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes between buyers and vendors, will act as a mediator to facilitate resolution. Platform administrators have the authority to make final decisions on disputes, including issuing refunds, imposing penalties, or taking other corrective actions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Transactions are between buyers and vendors, and is not a party to these transactions beyond providing the platform and payment processing services.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on , including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

13. Changes to Terms
